All inputs and outputs will be done from the same computer, i.e. windows based user-friendly single terminal input, on demand report generation. The data files can be shared from other terminals if a network is established. |

After-sales service beyond warranty period will be provided on contract basis for future trouble shooting and modifications if necessary. Normal annual maintenance charge is 20% of the software price only. |

Client should submit a work order to “ETECH SYSTEMS” and agreement sign. |

The developer will response to any bug report and fix it as soon as possible. This does not include problems that are not directly related to the application, such as problems in operating system, Virus, network, printer, etc. |

Any future services, such as feature enhancement, platform change, procedure changes will be carried out by ETECH SYSTEMS but will be billed separately. |

|
The ETECH SYSTEMS strongly recommends that regular back up of data files be taken. Failure to do so will result in data loss sooner or later. The developer will not be responsible for any material or non-material loss due to such incident. |

|
Any problems in the operations of the Software provided by ETECH SYSTEMS arising out of third party intervention, ETECH SYSTEMS will not be responsible in anyway even if it falls within the free service support time frame. For fixing such a problem ETECH SYSTEMS will bill according to market rates. |
